Baptist churches believe in baptising people when they decide to follow Jesus.
Ryde Baptist is a friendly and welcoming church set in the beautiful town of Ryde on the Isle of Wight. Please see the find us page for directions. Our minister is Rev Howard Heyburn (playing the violin). 
We meet twice every Sunday. Some Sunday evenings we have Cafe Church downstairs with tea and cakes and informal discussions as shown on the left. Morning services are held in the Upper Room, with its beautiful stained glass window which survived the fire. Evening Communion Services are also held in the Upper Room as you can see in the photo below.
