Midsummer Meanders and Merry Making
This summer we enjoyed walks from Ian & Sally's (see photo right), from Tesco car park, returning to Howard and Irene's (photo above) and on Mottistone Common to hear the nightjars.
Monarch Trip
On Saturday July 31st a varied group from the church took great pleasure in an hour long cruise down the River Medina on the Paddle Steamer, Monarch.
Fay sat proudly in the prow, like a mischieviously merry monarch.
As we returned, she was allowed to
'sound the entrance' on the steam whistle - spraying the rest of us with water!
