Where to find us
Ryde Baptist Church is at the George Street Centre, George Street, Ryde. This is next to the entrance to Somerfields car park.
There is some street parking nearby or Somerfields allows a 90 minute stay with no proof of shopping required.
George Street runs parallel to the main shopping area - Union Road and the pedestrian precinct in the High Street. Walking up the pedestrian precinct through the alley next to Thorntons, the Church is beyond and to the left of Somerfields supermarket. The library (and Bus stop) is further up the hill on the opposite side of the road. Here is a map
Getting to the Island: There are foot passenger ferries and hovercraft directly from Portsmouth and Southsea to Ryde. The nearest vehicle ferry is Portsmouth to Fishbourne. There are also ferries from Southampton to Cowes.
