Worship in the Upper RoomSunday worship @ Ryde Baptist Church

in the Upper Room

Fully accessible by lift

Disabled toilets on both floors

Hearing loop

We are an open, friendly and welcoming church. Our worship is easy to follow -  everything is on the screen. Large print folders containing just the words for that day are also available. No particular style dominates: sometimes we sing old hymns, sometimes new songs that we don't all know. We love to make new friends. Do join us, at any of our activities.

Morning: 10.30am  (incl. Crèche & Junior Church)
Tea/Coffee and biscuits afterwards - free.
Evening: a monthly programme of communion, Bible study, topical discussion and united worship, usually at 6.30pm, but with variations.  Contact us for specific information or click here for next Sunday.
Communion usually 1st Sunday of the month - evening
3rd Sunday of the month - morning

Do I need a hat?
No, but if you want a chance to wear that one you bought for a wedding feel free. What is important is that you come, not how you are dressed.

What if I don't have money to put in the bag?
Several people give to the church by standing order so nobody will notice if you just let the bag pass by.
