We are an open, friendly and welcoming church. Most of our services are led by our minister, Rev Howard Heyburn, but at least one Sunday a month a member of the congregation or a visiting preacher will take over. Our worship is easy to follow - everything is on the screen. Large print folders containing the words just for that day are also available. No particular style dominates: sometimes we sing old hymns, sometimes new songs that we don't all know. We love to make new friends. Do join us, at any of our activities.
Morning: 10.30am (Crèche & Sunday School) Tea/Coffee and biscuits afterwards - free. Evening: a monthly programme of Bible study, topical discussion and united worship, usually at 5.00pm, but with variations. Contact us for specific information or click here for next Sunday. Communion 3rd Sunday of the month 10:30 am Healing communion for the community, 1st Sunday of the month 5:00pm
Do I need a hat? No, but if you want a chance to wear that one you bought for a wedding feel free. What is important is that you come, not how you are dressed.
What if I don't have money to put in the bag? Several people give to the church by standing order. This means they don't but money in the bag either. Nobody will notice if you just let it pass by.
